Anti-Neo-Confederate Institute

We are SOOO doomed.

Ed Sebesta has just announced his new "Anti-Neo-Confederate Institute." The ANC Institute, shown above at its new location at 1313 Lubyanka Avenue, is opposite the Chuck E. Cheese in Dallas, Texas. According to Ed Sebesta's "Anti-Neo-Confederate" web site, his new "Anti-Neo-Confederate Institute" will sponsor the following activities:

1 - Publicize what Sebesta refers to as his "largely unknown" websites, www.confederatepastpresent.org and www.citizenscouncils.com.

2- Create lesson plans for school teachers to "correct for deficiencies in American history school textbooks." (Because the public schools, as EVERYONE KNOWS, are SOOO biased toward the South and against the Union.)

3 - More papers about the neo-Confederates could be written for scholarly publication.

4 - Fundraising and administration of the "Anti-Neo-Confederate Super PAC." This "Super PAC" will conduct "political actions to oppose neo-Confederacy." (It's about time someone offered an alternative to all those pro-Confederacy political juggernauts that dominate American politics.)

5 - Torment and publically embarrass the Southern Poverty Law Center until Morris Dees finally consents to give Ed Sebesta a job.

Sebesta's ANC not only has the sprawling headquarters shown above, but a Facebook page and Twitter account. Both pages not only remind visitors of how important Ed Sebesta is, but also feature Sebesta's awesome "anti-Confederate flag." Even more disheartening for Southerners and advocates of local self-determination, Sebesta's Twitter account reveals he already has 6 - yes, "six" - followers.

We might as well surrender now and take up scrapbooking.
