Give 'em Hagel!

Chuck Hagel had the audacity to say that he was a US senator, not an Israeli senator. To the Israel-firsters, that was blasphemy.

Just as leftists scream that resistance to affirmative action and open borders can only arise from “racism,” Neocons whine that failing to subsidize Israel is evidence of anti-Semitism.

The real problem with Hagel, as far as the Neocon nutjobs go, is that among pro-war berserkers, Hagel just isn't berserk enough. In fact, Hagel can be counted on to continue the Obama regime's program of illegal, secret wars fought by drones and hit squads - that's the way "No-Drama" Obama likes it. Both Obama and Hegel are all for continuing the Empire's bloody agenda of intervention into everybody else's affairs so DC can continue to enforce its hegemony.

As tempting as it sounds to support someone the War Lobby hates, it doesn't make sense. Hagel is just another liberal interventionist for the Empire.
