Spengler's diagnosis is now impossible to dispute. What he calls "the will to perpetuity" has been shamed out of Western civilization. Decades of cultural Marxist condemnation as "racist," "homophobic," and "xenophobic" have undermined our pride in who we are. Sending women into combat, inviting floodtide immigration from the Third World, and same-sex "marriage" are symptoms of a culture that doesn't believe in itself anymore, and has given up on self-preservation.
