Chicago Police Chief: Second Amendment Is A Danger To Public Safety

He's right, of course.

Some people cannot handle freedom. Or a car. Or alcohol.

That undeniable fact implies two courses of action, one egalitarian, the other, traditional.

The government can take away everyone's freedom, or it can limit the freedom of those who cannot handle it. Which will it be?

I guess we should listen to Mr. McCarthy. When one considers his current job performance there ought be no question as to his insight and wisdom.

And some people clearly cannot handle responsibility, not to mention authority. But then, in Chicago he wouldn't long keep his job by stating more guns, less crime. Actually, that truism doesn't hold in the cities of the Land of Lincoln (that is really on their license plates!), where more guns just means more armed gangbangers (or the equally vicious Blue Gang.

Illinois is an armpit and Chicago is the most severely infected of several pustulent hair follicles within it. The "Fighting Illini" race through Missouri, jubilant to bask in the freedom of just doing more than 55 MPH. The Missouri State HP lives to prey on them, since most cannot hold it under 80, hahahahahahaha. Them and the flippin' Kansans. And the dang Iowans don't get a free pass from me either! All of them invaded Missouri. IOWA - Idiots Out Wandering Around... God bless Arkansas and Tennessee - you all come often and stay long.

Wow, I digressed, but I feel much better!

Dutchy,
I know when I was living near KC, I was always seeing Kansas drivers being pulled over, or in wrecks. I always added an extra "S" to the end of Kansas when talking about it. =o)
Glad to be back home in South Carolina!
